Cancellation Policy – We require 24 hour advanced notice to cancel your appointment so we may fit another client in your spot. Any cancellations in less than 24 hours will require a cancellation fee.
Late Policy –
We understand that life happens. Any appointments 15 minutes or later you will be asked to reschedule. We book a certain amount of time for each client to make sure we give you what you’re looking for and provide our best work. We just ask when booking your appointment please be mindful about the amount of time we will need to complete your service. We appreciate you making child care arrangements for lengthy appointments.
